Longo Carpet Cleaning & Affordable Duct Cleaning is seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) & Area Rug Coordinator to join our team. This position combines customer service, scheduling, and office administration with the coordination of our area rug cleaning department.
The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries via phone, text or email.
- Following up with leads and existing customers.
- Making outbound sales and follow-up calls.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for technicians and area rug services.
- Coordinate area rug pickups, deliveries, repairs, and cleaning services.
- Process area rug intakes and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their area rugs and scheduled services.
- Assist with administrative and office tasks as needed.
- Maintain customer information and job records within company software.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
