Longo Carpet Cleaning & Affordable Duct Cleaning is seeking an energetic, quick-thinking, and self-sufficient Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, family-owned business that values initiative, organization, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls
- Promote and sell our wide range of cleaning and restoration services
- Prepare and deliver proposals and estimates to clients
- Conduct confirmation calls and quality check-in calls
- Organize unique project details to ensure smooth execution
- Perform lead follow-up and track progress
- Follow up on estimates and proposals with professionalism
- Assist with area rug organization and scheduling
- Support additional administrative and sales tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (phone and written)
- High energy with the ability to think on your feet
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Compensation:
Base pay plus commission, with expected earnings between $35,000–$65,000 annually depending on performance. Uncapped earning potential.
